Prenatal care helps you prepare for labor mentally and physically. This will include nutrition, mindfulness, comfort techniques, labor preparation exercises, and the creation of a personalized birth plan.
Continuous advocacy and support when you need it most. On call 24/7 as you near your due date. Meeting you at the birthing location and staying with you from active labor to after your baby arrives.
Day and overnight support to help you settle into life with your newborn. Offering guidance with feeding, newborn care, and answers to your questions. I’m there to reassure you as you learn your baby’s rhythms, helping you feel confident and cared for in those early weeks.
